BOSCHETTI ARMANDO srl
Founded in 1952, the Boschetti Group specializes in sheet metal machining and its production capacity is expanding into four plants and three companies. The group includes Boschetti Armando s.r.l., an ISO 9001 certified company based in Montecchio Maggiore (VI), whose main production facility covers a covered area of 8,000 m2, BM Beta Meccanica s.r.l., in Casoli (CH), 4,000 m2 and Beta Steel s.r.l.'s production facilities in Lonigo (VI), certified ISO 9001, which occupies a total of 11,000 m2.
In addition to the continuous growth of its structures and specific know-how, the Group, a leader in its sector and whose turnover is constantly growing, also owes its constant development to its ability to offer itself as a valuable partner to companies in the manufacture of parts and components in the most varied sectors.
The Boschetti Group currently employs around 100 people, spread over the 3 establishments.
The three companies, whose common denominator is sheet metal machining, have specialised over the years in specific sectors.
This strategy has made it possible to establish and consolidate relationships with leading companies in their respective sectors of activity, with the aim of optimizing production, reducing costs and providing concrete solutions to the various construction problems.
The relationship with customers has evolved over time by seeking innovative solutions and production improvements, thanks also to the close relationship between the Boschetti Group's technical staff and those of customers at the various stages of product design and industrialisation.
The Boschetti Group has poured its 50 years of knowledge into the four production plants, equipping its plants with the most modern technologies available on the market and unifying the computer system for programming and production management.
The choice to distribute production to four sites stems from the dual requirement to serve both northern and central Italy through its structures and the desire to guarantee customer service in any case, even in the event of the involuntary closure of one of them (disaster recovery and business continuity plan).
This solution allows the Boschetti Group to maintain a lean structure with centralized personnel functions, such as administration, purchasing, sales and management control.
In each of the three facilities, customers can find a referent, either from production or from the quality office, who will be able to meet all its production requirements.
The Group, because it wishes to be an increasingly valuable partner for its customers, has adopted procedures and quality standards aimed at obtaining the most important certifications, such as ISO 9001:2008, for example.
Boschetti is a group of companies oriented towards the future, and this is supported by continuous and constant investments in machinery, technologies and the training of qualified personnel. All this has led to the consolidation of an articulated, but flexible structure, linked by an efficient computerization between the production workshops.
The machinery it owns is first-class and places the Group in top positions in its sector for its skills, quality and speed in supply.
The production capacity is diversified into different types of machining:
- laser cutting, punching;
- folding, paneling;
- MIG, MAG, TIG welding, (manual and robotic) ;
- lacquering treatments ;
- assembly ;
- outsourcing management of galvanic treatments
This has made it possible to intervene in supply chain management with savings for the customer, while also making it possible to implement Kanban supply systems or to provide the customer with groups or kits ready for assembly.
Production capacity is therefore supported by the predisposition to adopt customers' production strategies, so as to become a key partner for their consolidation in the home market.
